Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising between 360Energy SA and its Affiliates in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the competent Ordinary National Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, waiving any other jurisdiction that may be applicable.
