In these last three cases they must provide a brief explanation justifying the request; h) Indication of the preferred means for receiving the information, which may be provided in writing, by electronic, telephone, image, or any other suitable means,a as per article 15.3 of Law 25.326;and i) An holographic signature at the end of the application.
