From September 9 to October 11, 34 students from the 6th year of the Provincial Technical Education School (EPET) N°1 "Gral. Ángel V. Peñaloza" in Chilecito participated in their professional internships at our Nonogasta Solar Park (PSF Nonogasta).
EPET N°1 has been operating in the city of Chilecito for nearly 80 years, and at 360Energy, we are proud to have been collaborating with this institution for over two years. Together, we have built a co-learning experience where students, alongside the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team, took part in various activities, strengthening their technical knowledge and skills.
Grounding (PAT) installation for trackers at Nonogasta Solar PV Plant (PSFV Nonogasta).
Tracker motor replacement.
Maintenance of facilities.
Maintenance of the water pump located at the drilling well.
Participation in the evaluation and release process of trackers at the Solar PV Plant.
Repair of the movement controller for trackers at the Solar PV Plant.
Participation in training sessions conducted by the Health, Safety, and Environment (SSOyA) team.
Participation in training sessions provided by the O&M team on the composition and operation of solar parks.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire O&M team at PSF Nonogasta for their dedication and support in making this experience possible.

And the SSOyA team:

For making it possible to continue strengthening this alliance and promoting future job opportunities for EPET 1 students. We take great pride in complementing their educational training with hands-on fieldwork, fostering a pipeline of future operators and maintenance personnel for photovoltaic solar parks.
